Some components are delivered via white-label integrations with third-party infrastructure providers (“Service Providers”).
White-label notice: While these components are branded as part of Inonova, certain functions are operated by Service Providers. If a Service Provider experiences downtime or an incident, we will support you promptly; however, Inonova is not liable for interruptions or incidents caused by those third-party systems.

- Account & Contact: name, email, phone, company, billing contact.
- Service Data: sites, funnels, automations, content you provide, logs, usage analytics.
- Communications: messages/forms you send us (support, email, chat).

We use independent third-party payment processing companies to handle card transactions. We do not store full credit card numbers or CVV codes. Those processors handle, store, and secure payment data according to their compliance programs.

- Service Providers: to operate hosting, CRM, email/SMS, analytics, and similar infrastructure.
- Legal/Compliance: to comply with law, enforce agreements, or protect rights/safety.
- Business Transfers: in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale.

We apply reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. No security program is perfect; we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a breach in our environment, we will notify you as required by law and applicable contracts.

We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes described here, to operate the services, or to comply with legal obligations.

Your information may be processed in your country of residence and in other countries where we or our Service Providers operate, which may have different data-protection rules.
